Sugasm #123

Whee - my blog made Editor's Choice on this week's Sugasm! This makes me very happy :) Not only because it marks a "coming of age" of sorts for this blog (I've never been picked in Sugasm before. It's exciting!) but because this is an issue I'm really passionate about, and anything that will raise awareness and bring more people into the discussion is excellent. Thanks so much to everyone who's commented on the post so far - I'm reading and listening and nodding a lot, but I don't have much to add that I haven't already said in the entry. Please keep on posting responses, it's very good indeed to see that I'm not the only one to think the status quo is unacceptable.
